The team’s primary focus on operational expertise to derive value creation is in contrast to many private equity players. Although expert in structuring the financing aspects of transactions to appropriately engineer the desired solution for the benefit of all parties, the primary focus is not on creating value through the customary buy-out and financial engineering skills.
