BOULDER, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Global Equity Capital, LLC, announced that through a newly-formed entity it has acquired the nationwide independent IT services organization, serving the commercial market, from Northrop Grumman Corporation (NYSE: NOC). The business, to be known as National Support Services, or NSS, has approximately 500 professionals and currently provides installation, maintenance and lifecycle services relating to information technology products and managed desktop services in the areas of project management, warranty management, desk side software support, technology refresh and break/fix support for desktops, laptops and servers to customers in more than 35 states nationwide.
