Mr. Hageman is an Associate at Global Equity Capital, LLC focused on analyzing potential investments and performing operational due diligence. Prior to joining GEC in 2008, Mr. Hageman was an Analyst in the Business Development Group with Lafarge, a leader in the Building Materials industry. At Lafarge, Mr. Hageman worked on a full range of business development activities including M&A transactions and strategy development. Mr. Hageman was previously an Associate at The Decatur Group, a Denver-based private equity firm where he was focused on middle-market transactions. Mr. Hageman began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst with Stifel Nicolaus where he was actively involved in several middle-market M&A and equity advisory assignments across a broad range of industries.

Mr. Hageman graduated from the University of St. Thomas with a B.A. in Finance and French and received his MBA with highest honors from the University of Denver, Daniels College of Business
